Hi, I like your health related videos soo much. I am having nut milks / smoothies from the past 9 years. One option you can try to have another variant of milk is to mix one spoon of organic raw cacao powder into the nut milk while blending with dates. It enhances the taste and adds chocolate flavor, raw cacao is pretty healthy too.

From last 2 years I turned vegan … I gave up on dairy and nonveg … I can feel a lot of difference in me… but home made nut milks cheseppudu nut pulp em chestaro meeru cheppandi…. I add these pulps in chutney but there is a lot of pulp going waste sometimes

Can u also post videos on gluten free flours.We south indian do use wheat and maida on a regular basis. We believed that wheat flours are healthy, but recently i realised wheat has gluten and it isn’t tht recommended. Im searching for multiple videos and articles for gluten free flours. If you could do similar video like this on flours, that would make my journey easy

Nenu ma village lo unapudu workout chesedanni and my source of protein is milk. Natural milk I used to get and avi kuncam fat tavvuga undevi. It was super healthy my acne has gone I felt nice I used to drink 1liter milk as my breakfast. Kani malli city ki vachanu milk caused me acne, bloating and most importantly na skin dark ayyedhi so I knew something wrong is happening in my gut ani. I stopped diary , wheat , white sugar completely.
