Awesome you did this Kevin!! A couple of years ago we had so many peppers that I ended up doing this very same thing. Every one went wild for them. Jalapeños are plenty hot for me these days but I did make a batch of habanero relish and gave those to the pepper heads of the family!!

Doing tomitilla salsa and elderberry syrup today. Would this relish be ok if you mixed anihiems with the jalapeno. I want to save enough of my jalapenos for chipoltes in adobo
