Yes he is amazing in these lectures and the lessons are timeless and transcendant. Always dissapointing to learn about the actual personal lives of men who speak like they hold the key to such things. Still a wonderful man. You should watch the video speaking of the fact that he was murdered. It really shows his humanity in an inglorious way. He was just like us

I'd rather not receive my dose of "wisdom" from the CIA or Freemasons. Albert Pike mentions in 'Morals and Dogma' that each degree assumed represents, through whatsoever specific ritualized ceremony and imparted teachings of the degree at hand, an obscure lie that the initiate must then unfold in himself by either textual study or introspection so as to realize the modicum of truth which had been intially inserted; two great ritual dramas that almost repeatedly appear in the later degrees are the Hymns of Orpheus and Dionysus Mystery. And sadly I must make a criticism here as I view it is necessary-it stirs in me, whenever having read such comments as the one above that tends to exalt one's teachings above others with a tone of assurance, feelings of angst and apprehension, seeing it has become a common issue among "spiritualists", for the amount of pride it requires to make these kinds of assertions. Believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see.

Yet another MPH’s lecture that could make a perfect memorable Commencement speech! The Personal enhancement, Spiritual growth, dealing with Societal pressures, navigating International Relations and building a meaningful connection to the Conscious Universe, - MPH covered it all in one lecture. We live better because he genuinely cared about humanity. 🙏

I was just 16 when MPH recorded this. Ready to do everything he warned against. Getting into plenty of trouble in the coming years.i wasn't exposed to his wisdom. i recommend my two sons listen but they say it puts them to sleep. Maybe one day they will be interested in these things.

Hello MPHS, there is a five-part series on the KZbin channel, “Promienie Gwiazd” that is called “Studies in Self Unfoldment” Where Mr. Hall goes over his book, Self Unfoldment by Disciplines of Realization. The audio, like always, is original so it’s in bad shape. It would be great to hear a remastered version of this series sometime. Thanks for all you do. I look forward all week to your videos.

Thank you. The Self Unfoldment lecture audios are not the best, even the original masters, which we have digitized. The book is great and the lectures are valuable. We can definitely restore the best we can, but will not be perfect, as time permits.

I mean he's formal, but there's nothing uptight about his beliefs and ability to communicate them. He was a senior citizen in a lot of these lectures, he was talking about this stuff in the 30s and 40s. I think I understand what your vibe was, but that's gotta be the wrong word. He talks like they did on the Radio in the 20s, but this is some far out shit in the context of its time!

There is an inversion going on here in the information. The structure MPH gives puts the mind at a power pinnacle and speaks of learning to control the body and look after it so it is "brought into order". 13:20 the actual circumstances of living and engaging with our humanity is this; the body and heart help to ease away all the fears of the mind. There are no power games of control, only alignments and coperative partnerships. The body is in possession of a nervous system that has been here forever. The heart is part of the higher self. The body is made animal by the nature of thoughts alone. The mind is overworked, overwhelmed, and over valued. Some viewers can genuinely argue that we must have a disciplined mind (thought), body (movement and grounding), and heart (desires). I would readily agree but also caution that many practice have no discipline of alignment in them. This is a meditation that fits into any action and experience. There is no source only flow, flow is the source of power in this life. All is flux in this beautiful chaos.

To find God you have to leave religion. To find christ you need to leave christianity. To find Allah leave islam. To find peace stop desiring. To feel fullfilled stop trying to win. To find Truth realize the process of growth And so on..
@AquariusGate5 ай бұрын
I have a sincere question my friend. Sincere because I have meditated on this subject for many years. I will be the first to admit that peace finds us, not the other way round. Desire is natural, an aspect of spiritual and animalistic nature. Desire is an impulse and this whole cosmos may be the effect of such an impulse, rather than some magic found in matter. People suffer want and need, but desire can be free from want and need. I can desire to live in a better world so I grow careful and thoughtful about how I move. I desire growing closer to the source, and only feelings to interpret, no way of being certain or sure. I hope this makes some sense to you.

May I ask, as a rather new 'seeker', is there a contradiction between what Mr Hall says about that we must "earn" our results on the spiritual path, in comparison to the christian "grace" - "so no one can boast"? Also, the advaitic teaching is also about no "doer" or personal agency. Someone care to explain?

Stop taking what they say literal and learn to listen to your own conscience, and make the right decisions. Every day you have tests and instead of doing what's right you ignore your inner guide . Learn to become more spiritual and less religious. It's pretty simple do the right thing and treat people the way youd like to be treated. Lead by example and stop trying to fit in... are you the main character in your life or an npc that is following someone else?
