If Congress takes Credit of LPG economic reforms than who's responsible for 1991 economic crises. It's directly result of decades of mismanagement by predecessor governments ( From Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru to Mr. Rajiv Gandhi Congress ruled the nation only exception of 3-4 years of Mr. Morarji Desai, Chaudhary Charan Singh,Mr. VP Singh & Mr. Chandrshekhar) till 1991.

One of the worst PM's of our time. 1) India's liberalization began under IMF pressure, not due to Manmohan Singh. 2) His tenure saw historic corruption and poor governance. 3) He stayed silent during the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. 4) Despite insults from the Gandhi family, he didn’t resign. 5) His leadership placed India among the Fragile Five economies.
