Sir, with reference to current situation of lockdown, the newly practicing advocates suffering a lot financially. If bar council imposes restrictions on advocates for being in salaried person along with practising advocates then there should also be provision to take responsibility to feed family of advocates in such situation instead of doing formalities by giving 3k or 5k as beg. I think there must be provision of part time practitioner as a CA or CS does.
