That's fine and all, but we Syriac Orthodox of Antioch and Malankara (Kerala) are under the Patriarch not the Pope; look up the "Coonan Cross Oath", we can share relations with Rome, but will not be under Rome. All of us Christians both Orthodox, Catholic and Protestant can dwell in harmony and respect each others' differences.

Don't misinterpret the Coonan Cross oath. Coonan Cross oath was not against the Pope or the Roman Church.

The Coonan Kurish Satyam does not mention Antioch or the Syriac orthodox Patriach of Antioch. We Malankara Nasarani were Kaldaya East persian by our tradition, we were never part of the Antiochain faith. dont mislead.

It is not, but in the Catholic Communion, ALL the rites, Roman, Byzantine, Coptic, Armenian, Syriac, Indian, can dwell in harmony, united by the See of Peter, whereas other apostolic Churches are in opposition to each other (Byzantine and Miaphysite and Assyrian).
