They failed to inform us about the packaging and GST charges earlier. Additionally, they did not mention the high transport charges. We were only made aware of all these details after completing the payment. The choice of logistics for sending our parcel was poor, with inadequate packaging. There was no response after the payment was received, which is unacceptable behavior. The lack of customer service and the high pricing were also disappointing. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory.
