And for those worrying, Cecily Strong is still on the show, but this is going to be like when Aidy Bryant and Kate McKinnon missed episodes, but came back either before the Christmas break or on the first episode of the new year. Though all that means to me is that Cecily Strong will be the next cast member to leave and the news will make a lot of people here lose their faith in SNL being good.

It was episode host Miles Teller. I can see why you'd think it was really Peyton. And a lot about this cold opening reminds me of the season 11 one where all the new cast members are getting urine tested for drugs, in that this is either going to be the season where SNL gets weird or it's going to be the beginning of the end for this show. At least the host here wasn't as much of a drag as Madonna was, so there's hope for this cast yet.
