Sorry but for me, the GREATEST should be, become Undisputed Champion once, won all his title fights and never been knockout in Championship Fights. Pacquiao has only 19 title fights, 5 loses, 2 draw with Only 9 KO. Inoue has 23 title fights, Undefeated,NO draw with 21 KO. Mayweather has 26 title fights, Undefeated,NO draw with 10 KO. That's why for me he is not the greatest
