I'm 56, still in the boxing gym 4-5 days a week. Still sparring once a month. Sometimes we have guys rocking up from other gyms. They're half my age, and they get in the ring with me to spar with blatant smirks on their faces. No doubt thinking the old guy is gonna be easy work. In less than a round, their smirks fade quickly. I'm still fast and strong and reasonably cardiovascular fit. That's my only real weakness, that I have to be economical with. All the same, I shock these guys. And I'm a nobody. I'm certainly not Iron Mike Tyson.

I think in the first 5 rounds. Iron Mike could come on strong. I'm kind of worry about Iron Mike stamina due to his age. I'm 62 we have to accept ourselves getting old.
