Look at those calf muscles! Asian tend to have larger calf muscles naturally than westerners. Westerners have those chicken legs as people would say. Problem with huge calf muscles is that it gets large and the skin can’t stretch enough. You get cramping issues usually. Those high speed require fast twitch muscles. Very different kind of muscle body builder have. Fast twitch muscles can’t be really acquired. It’s either you are born with lots of em or not. Adding body building muscles(slow twitch) muscles slows you down. Fast twitch muscles consumes energy very quickly. This is why cheetah can’t chase its prey for so long. Also required a great deal of air and the ability to get rid of CO2. Pacman doesn’t really slow down all throughout 12 rounds. That means he has a larger lungs than most people have to be able to apply air to the fast twitch muscles. Also liver and kidneys must be very efficient. These organs responsible for maintaining urea in the body which is toxic if you have a high amount. You know you have high amount if while you are working up(intensely), you might feel pain in the side of your abdomen. That’s because high amount of urea(ammonia) is in your kidney or liver. This means you are not properly exhaling. You might also have a burning sensation while urinating. Science behind how gifted and well developed pacman is. Built for the ring.

For sure done it myself. 5 days all aerobic jump rope, shadow boxing, running etc with various pushups and crunches. Then did weights on Saturday, rested on Sunday, rinse and repeat. Dropped weight really fast like 50 lbs in 2 months. From 235 to 175 then I hit a wall and stopped losing weight. I had a book that was a boxing workout book. Shit worked wonders. Of course I quit doin it now I'm right back at 235 yay.
