Broner has solid defense and good counters lets give him that and the explosive punches from round 1-12 The only thing i don’t like about him is the way he pushes manny’s head down it’s such a dirty tactic to increase the blood flow in the head causing delayed reactions, fatigue to build up faster and headache. Clinch is really not against the rules but the way he uses it is nasty too sometimes when he clinch he put pressure in the back of the neck of his opponent.

Broner is a fine example of someone who has all of the skills necessary to be a great fighter, but none of the work ethic. He believes far too much of his own hype and thinks he's far better than he is. I think he believes he's the next incarnation of Floyd Mayweather, but unlike FM, he doesn't consistently ascribe to any coherent game plan throughout a fight. He simply tries to dodge every punch that's thrown and only ever tries to counter punch. He's fast enough to run for every round like FM, but doesn't not have the defensive skills or the power to be a reactive only fighter. Really kind of sad that someone with that much talent never amounted to more. Reminds me of Tony Mandarich of NFL could have beens.

All Broner does is roll away from his opponent and dance backwards. He didn’t mount a single combination or attack Manny for any extended period of time. Broner has a great physique and intuitive muscle intelligence except for his brain-muscle. 😉 Manny is a work horse and Broner is a preening show horse. No comparison.
