Heavy weights rely more on power unlike pac's weight class which requires a lot of ring coverage and punch volume to stay competitive, which is very rare to see at his age.

Ali dominated over the years against numerous opponents, Sonny Liston (he made me look like a boy scout-Mike Tyson), Foreman, Fraizer, Quarry, Floyd Patterson, etc and he still is the only 3 time Lenial Heavyweight champion cause Floyd Patterson and Lennox Lewis are the only 2 time Lenial Heavyweight champions. Ali also fought until the bitter end with going against people like Shavers and Holmes when he literally couldn't hardly move or fight back due to the early onset Parkinson's Disease. He still couldn't be knocked out even then. Manny though is one of the all time greats and his speed, man, not since the days of Sugar Ray Leonard have I seen speed like that. At the end of the day, Chavez probably was the Goat of Manny's division with Duran being a close second.
