Experiment with a 3-5-2 .. 3 CBs, two wingbacks, tobi on the right and the guy you started on the RW moved to left wingback. 3 in the middle and two upfront but one striker playing in a free role, that should be jed with thomas up top. Always nice to have another system to call upon when struggling.

Another great video Manny. That guy who walked off from the other player literally baffled me, like if that was my team mate, I would have been so annoyed. Form wasn’t so good this week and there was a lot of confusion with the ball in some places but it’s only going to get better and practice makes perfect. I know its difficult because of so many people and their schedules, but you really need training sessions. Will give you that sharpness, will naturally be fitter, gives you a chance to work set plays, routines, put game plans into action, even if its just a couple hours one day a week at goals.
