Ive heard this type of stuff happens often with men in steam rooms especially gay men. Which is not cool at all. But police dont take it seriously.

I think harassment should be reported however I think these men might have gotten their signals crossed and thought that Manny wanted to partake, if they would've heard him say something like "wtf" as soon as the guy whipped it out, they probably would have stopped since they are on the DL. Even Manny kind of admitted to cruising in the past. I think that he should've spoken up and if they didn't take no for an answer he should've reported it. A lot of these men are in the closet so they have no other places to find other gay men because they would be labeled as gay. So these men aren't typically going to be heading to the gay clubs or gay bars. I'm talking from experience because I have hooked up with a few men that were cruising and usually they end up telling me they're married with kids or have a girlfriend. The police probably doesn't do anything about it because it happens so often, men on men action is very common even with men who don't identify as homosexual. Could you imagine them having to file a report multiple times a day. The gym also has to file reports too so they're probably to lazy to do that too. I've seen men kicked out for cruising and banned if people complain, I think that's the most the gym is willing to do. I think in some cases if people felt genuinely attacked sexually they have individually seeked for police help and filed their own charges.

I agree, but also gay cruising is a part of gay culture at its core because men had to rely on cues to flirt with each other and see if it was reciprocated. It wasn't appropriate to flirt with men in public so it was common for men to "cruise" in more "private" public settings. I think if you're not kool with something speak up or leave the situation, and if they disagree then you can go and get management. I hope eventually all men will feel comfortable enough to be their authentic selves out and proud without having to resort to "cruising". A lot of men who are into "cruising" tend to be married to women or have a family that is deeply against homosexuality. I'm not condoning their behavior I'm just pointing out it's history, and I will say as a proper slut I have partaken. Not so much anymore but definitely in my younger years.
