I lost my mom six years ago and seeing you and your mom filled my heart. It brought back how silly we were with each other sometimes and like you I would always tell her I would die first that there was no way I could live without her but God/the universe had other plans. I miss her so much and not a day goes by that I don't think about her . I'm now a mom of 3 boys and they fill my life with joy and have helped me deal with my mother's absence. May God keep you and your mom safe for many, many years to come. Thank you for this video.

Your love for your mom is so touching. I can tell you treat her with so much respect and treat her like the queen she is,every mother deserves to be treated the way you treat her. I too have been blessed with three wonderful sons who give me so much love and show nothing but respect to me. Its a on going joke in our family of who is the biggest "mommas boy" n they wear that title very proudly. Your comment at the end had me in tears when you said that you had to die before your mom. My baby of five was the youngest of the three boys and would always say those exact words to me and I would tell him no because I couldn't handle losing him or any of my kids. Well it's been three years now since he passed away, he would of been 22 in March. I don't know how I've made it this far but can't wait till the day he greets me in heaven n holds me like he use to... I know this is a makeup tutorial (which turned out beautiful) but your love for your mom is also a precious tutorial on how a son should treat their mom. She is very blessed and I'm proud to say that I am too. Thank you for your wonderful example of a mother and son relationship. 💙💙💙💙

Manny Mua thank you. My mom was my best friend and the first week of August 2015, her cancer was found and it was everywhere. She was gone by September 30. And in those few weeks our time was spent in and out of the hospital, in rehabs, for chemo etc. Those of you who still have your mom’s hold them tight, tell them how much you love them and spend all the time in the world you can with them. And if you have kiddos of your own, make sure they know their grandparent. That is what I’m most thankful for.

I found it very helpful. I want the Life360 app. We all have iPhones and we can search each other. I have to say I loved this video not because of the makeup or makeover but because of everything you and your mom talked about!! I have an 8 year old son who loves makeup and shopkins and baby dolls and both my husband and I encourage him in whatever he does. He has his own makeup collection that includes an acrylic organizer and brushes and beauty blenders and all sorts of makeup!! I loved learning through y'alls experience and hope I can continue to support my son in whatever path he chooses (as long as it's legal lol).
