Fighting in home territory gives an advantage I think, even though you have to deal with the corpses it may be worth it early game? Thoughts?

Good point. It all comes down to what you value the most. If the city is big and thriving, then the "extra" dead families from fighting outside the territory will be replaced decently quick. But again, might not be the best move
