There is two in manor that run the pizza booth and the rest of manor don't care about it as they aren't allowed to work there or cause trouble with the other stalls for fun because jay and eli get upset. They probably won't care as the rest of the manor don't even know who works there or what goes on there as it is Jay and eli's thing and don't tell the rest.

NoPixel is a server on fivem, another server on fivem is NoPixel Arena, it’s not an rp server but more like a call of duty server in gta, blue gloves are a pretty common thing worn there hence the bad connotations that come with wearing it, being labelled a “shooter” and not a “roleplayer” . The Manor wear blue gloves but for a different reason. In the UK (Manor is a heavily British gang just like MDM was in 3.0) a lot of London gangs who do crime, wear gloves like those because they’re non traceable, can’t get finger prints wearing gloves, they’re also easily disposable which is another reason
