@R R Hello Sir/Madam. I'm not from the same profession. Just wondering about the structural integrity using this method. This indeed is a fantastic initiative. I just had few doubts and wanted to get it clarified. Like, huge concrete structures expand and shrink during different seasons. And it takes minimum 6 months to 1 year time to harden for a small size continuous concrete structures like homes. I believe that was the major reason people never used only concrete for constructing buildings. And, a bulk structure made of concrete will have cracks and a high risk of collapsing under its own weight. That's why they probably use iron rods for enhancing structural integrity. In this case, i think, having the cement layered, kind of answers few questions like preventing propagation of cracks. But on a larger scale, I think it will still be a relatively weaker structure for few years. And if this plan is to be executed in Kerala, considering the current drastic climatic changes, i just wanted to know how long this structure will stand and also the possibility of constructing huge buildings with multiple floors using this technique. The people behind this plan would have definitely considered all the criteria. I'm just asking to get a a clear picture.
