ദര്‍വേശ് സാഹിബ് എന്തൊക്കെയാണ് പറയുന്നത്? കരാര്‍ പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്‍റെ ഭാര്യയാണ് സ്ഥലത്തിന്റെ ഉടമ. കരാറില്‍ സാക്ഷികളില്‍ ഒരാളായി ഇങ്ങേര്‍ ഒപ്പിട്ടുമുണ്ട്. അപ്പോള്‍ ദര്‍വേശ് സാഹിബിന്റെ ഭാര്യയാണ് ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ നിരപരാധിത്വം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്. ഒരു പവര്‍ ഓഫ് അറ്റോര്‍ണി പോലെ പോലീസ് ചീഫ് വെറുതെ മറുപടി പറയുകയാണ്. കോടതി വസ്തു അറ്റാച്ച് ചെയ്യാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു. അതിനാല്‍ വിശദീകരണങ്ങള്‍ അപ്രസക്തവുമാണ്. വസ്തു ഉടമക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഔദ്യോഗിക ക്യാബിനിലുള്ളില്‍ വച്ച് 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ ക്യാഷ് ആയി വാങ്ങി എന്നതാണു അതിശയം. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പോലീസ് ചീഫ് ആയുള്ള എക്സ്റ്റെന്‍ഷന്‍ അനുവദിക്കാനേ പാടില്ല. എന്നാല്‍ പിണറായിക്ക് ഇത്തരക്കാരെയാണല്ലോ ആവശ്യം.

DGP യുടെ വാദം ശരിയെങ്കിൽ, ആ വ്യവസ്ഥ എന്താണ് കരാർ ഉടമ്പടിയിൽ വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്യാതിരുന്നത്? കോടതിയിൽ എതൃകക്ഷി (DGP) എന്താണ് ഇക്കാര്യം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിക്കാതിരുന്നത്.? DGP ചെയ്തത് അസ്സൽ വിശ്വാസവഞ്ചനയാണെന്ന് കോടതിക്ക് ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടതുമൂലമാണല്ലൊ പരാതിക്കാന് അനുകൂലമായി വിധിയുണ്ടായത്. ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള ഒരാൾ DGP സ്ഥാനത്തിരുന്നാൽ ഇവിടെ പൊതുജനത്തിന് എന്ത് നീതിയാണ് പോലീസിൽ നിന്നും കിട്ടുക?
