What he said is absolutely right, it is very easy to manage a team with less no.of people, that will give only positive outcome. There is a famous experiment known as spaghetti and marshmallow experiment, usually teaches in Harvard business school and we did this experiment in Indian Institute of Management during our team building and managing team's sessions as part of our Management program. Those team's with large no.of people failed terribly and those team with least no.of people won the game. I never forget this in my life because our professor taught us very nicely through marshmallow experiment and I was the part of a large team which failed terribly in that sessions.
