2100 sqft house but not even one small proper area for garden or terrace garden nothing or pent house..... Hall area with big walls and at least one side wall could have had some fountain and small indoor plant setup inside, additionally so much space you wasted for such a big open space and there could have been glass lift or small life inside.....
