There is water damage on the wall at 0:56 which leads me to think there may be underlying structural concerns with moisture / water ingress. Something for the new owners of the lovely home to consider so they nip it in the bud before it becomes a major issue.. :)

The house has a good design concept, however the kitchen is not up to the same level - floor tiles are out of the rhythm.. the subway tiles ought to have been used as backsplash only n the rest of the wall to have either large tiles or paint. On upper floor, the best floor cover would be planks and not square tiles,.. this is based on the shape of the floor. Finally, those aluminium frames in washrooms should be replaced with frameless glass cubicle for beauty and easy cleaning... If they can address those areas, house can sell at 50 mike and above.. Those plants growing on wall fence I think zinaitwa climbing plants/creeping plants..ama

Thinking???lol. This house would cost almost 30 million to build without the land. Look at that woodwork. Add the cost of land, 4% stamp he paid when buying the land, the realtor fees and capital gains tax due. This is not your village home. Put this house in Karen or Tatu City and you would be asked for more like 80 million. There are currently 2 homes for salw in Kijani Ridge. They don't match the quality of this build. People, before you build such beautiful homes, think location location location! Damn..add the Gazebo ..etc.

I am currently building and I can guarantee you that house cannot cost 12 million to build. I would put it at about 25 if you include everything boundary wall landscaping etc. add about 7m for the land then the rest ni profit anatafuta.

Wait, i don't want to come off negative but why on earth would i part with £250,000 for this? I can buy a few flats in Birmingham or Manchester (two big cities outside of London) and get fantastic returns.
