She really needs to look into nutrition. The lack of nutrients in their diet is concerning and is showing physically. You can buy potatoes, carrots, bananas or other seasonal fruit and eggs and incorporate that in your diet for cheap. Would make a huge difference for that little boy.

Fresh fruit and veg is a luxury these days… at least it is in the United States and in the UK period Sadly, it is not always available for those who can only barely afford basic necessities. Not only that, but you have to worry about the fresh stuff rotting before you can eat it. You don’t have that problem with frozen food as long as you have a working freezer and electricity. Unfortunately, our supermarkets are filled with processed frozen garbage that we should not eat at all because it’s full of chemicals. Corporate purposely makes the garbage toxic stuff more affordable…. Which keeps people sick and on medication for a lot longer, which feeds the whole corporate and medical complex with more money. It’s vicious cycle.

No one choose their family and finances...this young man shown character...he is young but takes to heart what he is experiencing...he is respectful and kind...well raised ...Katrina has really had a bad start in life and has made choices to turn her life around...may she keep on moving forward ...this series makes me realize that there is always people with more and people with less ...but we all have choices and no matter your bank account we can all be kind and be loving to everyone around us...

I will be 49 in July, ive been a single mother for 30 years and ive never not once gone on holiday or vacation, not even so much as driving 3 hours away to go to the beach., I dont think i could spend thousands of dollars to go sit somewhere or visit somewhere when the mother in me is thinking the thousands of dollars could be spent on necessities and bills, I would rather buy my children a nice pair of sneakers or a coat etc that they want than go on a vacation! Im a bit confused on why she said theres 4 of them, the dog? She feeds the dog the same meals they eat? What about breakfast, he cant eat cereal lol, & its ok to feed animals meat and fruits and some veggies but what makes them sick and effects their digestive track is the seasonings ,garlic,& onions..Hopefully She knows not to feed the dog anything seasoned ❤ Patrick did a good job and i think he learned alot, he realized that what he spends on a haircut or one lunch is what some people have to spend on 20 meals a week., i think he was nice and genuine❤ Ummm Patrick forgot to feed the dog :(

Honestly the commentary is stupid and rude! And this show is irritating because at the end of the day they don’t have to or need to budget. The fact they are privileged isn’t a bad thing and they don’t have to learn how to do this! It’s super irritating when people without money judge us because like the whole point of our parents working hard is so that we don’t have to stress out like this and that’s why we grow up and work hard and STAY wealthy so our kids don’t have to either! The reality is that we grow up privileged but we also become another set of wealth for our own children. Why do we have to feel bad because we can afford to do things other people can’t!! When he leaves and goes home he’s still going to have more money than them!

I think the rich parents also need to go live with a poor family so they can be humbled. It's great to send your child there to learn in a lesson but you're gonna keep feeding them financially so maybe the parents need to go and see what it's like to have to choose between food or heat so maybe they can be humbled and take some of their money and help underprivilege families
