One day I came home from high school to find Mom crying while listening to Elvis's Gospel Lp she once bought. She said Elvis died that day which upset me terribly even though I was not an Elvis fan. I sat and listened to this album which was his best album ever. Beautiful gospel music every song. I started to cry with her because I then realized why Elvis was so tortured in life. His mother was a devout Christian and I know now how he must have struggled between Jesus and the world every day.

No other Gosple songs lift me up like Elvis Presley does. He was such a religious man a so Emotional he to was only human but I believe Elvis Presley meditate a prayed to ask God to keep him from alot of temptation s around him I don't believe he slept around with women like people say he did. I believe there were two women he loved a thought alot of besides his mother Glaydes. One was Priscilla and the other one was Ann Margret. It's sad he lost them both a couldn't be happy with anyone else.

Ann Margaret yes, Priscilla NO. His love for priscilla, if in fact it was love, and I don't believe it was, ...didn't last. Their marriage was over within less than 12 months. Cilla went off bedding her dancing instructor and Elvis took up with Susanne Henning. After that they were both continually with different lovers, in spite of still being married to each other. In my opinion Elvis only truly loved two women alright, but they were, ...his mother Gladys, and Ann Margaret. It was Ann Elvis was trying to back, not Priscilla, as she keeps telling the public. However, Ann had married Roger Smith, and she wasn't about to start cheating on her husband. Elvis did NOT want Priscilla back, and that's a fact well attested to by many who knew them. Priscilla wanted to go back to Elvis after a huge fight with Mike Stone, the man she ran off with, but Elvis did not want her back.

+Ges Barundang if you really listen to the lyrics also, there are TWO words you are saying is wrong. "WILL" that you say should be "DWELL" and "A" that should be "THE". Now, lets look at the word before these words from the lyrics that came from the CD and is all over the net that you say is all wrong. . "Ransomed will", Elvis carries out the "D" from ransomed and sounds more like a slur into will. That makes it sound like "dwell". "Want a" Carry out the last letter of want and to slur t into a and you have that "the" sound. I stand by the lyrics on the video, the lyrics that came with the cd and the lyrics that are on the net.But when you write and criticize 2 very small words on a video, well, enough said.
