soy frances, yes they are more dacia and citroen berlingo in the streets than rats. well about the same amount actually.

I haven't visited France much, I was only in Paris and Lyon, and there were rats, the streets furthest from the most touristy areas were too much haha

To recover the deep black of the rubber mat, use a rubber and plastic moisturizer.
