Agreed. From an orthodox technical standpoint, in terms of great 90s vocalists, he's not even in the same league as the likes of Liam Gallagher (in his prime), Matt Bellamy, Kelly Jones or James Dean Bradfield, but the punky, almost condescending and mocking, yet enigmatically beautiful and incredible way Paul Draper delivers his lyrics transcends virtuosity and wins hands down every time for me. A really unorthodox and truly unique but absolutely fantastic singer.

@@philpayton8965 I fell in love with this band, should have stayed with the name "manson" but that's another debate. He does have a big register and a great falsetto but you left out the master Thom Yorke,....... who is still massive

It's a pitch shifter from a boss multi-effect pedal(I used to use a boss ps-3 to replicate the sound). Add some fuzz/dist with some delay, and you'll soon be there.
