Mantak Chia is my teacher since 1981. At that time, two different diagnosticians who were iridologists, told me my colon was so backed up, I would probably die within a ten years. I didn't know my mother would have colon cancer, my aunt on my father's side also did die from it and my brother would have a colon embolism. In short years my belly became healthy due to practices of putting my mind into my belly and massaging it with white light. I do Universal Healing Tao practices daily.

I appreciated very much the opportunity to hear a self-narrative of Mantak’s youth and developmental direction. His narrative was quite clear. I also learned there are 10 branches of Taoist technique and styles.

I find this hilarious. I have studied about masters all my life. Mantak Chia is the real deal. I'm betting that almost no one knows this. Do not be fooled. This talk was for babies, new people. I am so lucky to have seen this.

Great interview! Mantak doesn't usually talk so personally but he was enjoying himself. I learned a lot here. His practices are absolutely terrific, will always be some of the best stuff out there. The idea of "too much happiness" appears in many places -- I remember Waldo Vieira saying that the euphoria of OBE was a distraction from maintaining the necessary neutrality. Happiness can definitely become a problem that ruins the calm. Actually most addictions could even be said to start there.

It would be good for Mantak to visit the Thai Fruit Festival. When you eat mainly fruit and vegetable it makes a big improvement on absorbing the sun.

i loved all the talk about the liver and contacting the organs -- I remember once how weird an idea that was for me but it works, and actually there are western examples too. One other way to look at it is that the Taoist view of the organs has much in common with the yogic (and other) view of the chakras. BTW the Taoist practices have a reputation for longevity -- Master Chia is 67 years old I think as this video is shot and I'd say he's looking pretty good. :)

How to raise clean Qi if very ill, very toxic, damaged from a prescribed med 20 years ago, not recovered, weak, frail, damaged DNA? Which method without recirculating toxic Qi? Thank you
@TheCarrifaery7 жыл бұрын
There are many practices to discharge stagnant or toxic chi, and even more, like smiling into the organs, to replenish healing qi. Master Chia has so many videos on youtube for free, you can safely do ANY of his practices to heal yourself. Also i highly recommend Dr. roger Jahanke and any of his videos on the healer within practices, all are safe to do. I am a qi gong coach in NC, If i can help you further, i will do my best.If you can find a practitioner in your area, you may be able to get some specific coaching for your particular issues. Best of luck.

Manythanks. I read the book by R Jahanke, but far far too weak do to do anything physical. as well as reacting to everything, even sunlight. Yes, I have yet to find a YT vid that is designed for those who are very weak, ill, bedbound. For eg am unable to sing or emit sound, it worsens my symptoms and is contraindicated if you suffer from autonomic failure. Meditation increases serotonin and nitric oxide, and can cause some symptoms such as tearfulness, anxiety and insomnia. Unable to do breathing exercises because of lung and heart issues.

You need to replenish your energy first, you do not have enough energy to push out the energy. 1. Look up six healing sounds 2. While you lay on your back, rub and massage your belly with your palm in a circular motion. While doing that you want to slightly squeeze your perineum and you want to feel your dantian warm and a loving energy. The mind part is especially important. Once you feel stronger then there are ways to expel the toxins.
