I am amazed. When i saw the motocross handlebar a few videos ago i started to think "wtf! this dont match the classic style" then i figure out that you were going to do some bratstyle/scrambler stuff, and its going on a nice direction. Increasing the length of the swingarm was a wise decision, it gave the bike a whole new look. I dont get why people are complaining, i think they dont know shit about design. Check out the Classic 500 modified by Bendita Machina Garage for Royal Enfield Brazil, they did an awesone scrambler customization. Keep up with the nice work bro!

The chain will be easier to get damaged due to increased suspension travel for the same load and the swingarm will flex side to side destablising bike at turns with bumps ..just like you can bend a scale side to side but not lengthwise... Ignoring people who say bad might be stupid on 2 wheels with your life, maybe they have some experience..

Good job on the suspension... I was a little sceptical in the beginning, since the guy was totally frehanding the modification... But it seems to have come out alryte.. make sure the material used is strong enough... But it's starting to turn into a cool brat style....

I'd suggest you to paint the rims,the exhaust and the chrome thing around the headlight including the cap to black and keep the stock paint on the spokes and and engine,I think it'll look awesome. it's just my opinion.

For now it's not looking good but after changing the rear wheel and rim the bike will look awesome. I guess u are trying to convert classic type into bobber type . Just one request if u are spending a handsome amount on wheels and rim then plz change the leg garud to a straight rod one (if possible). In the end all the best and keep up the good thing 👍

Looks cool.. Everythings on point.. Do something to the front end too maybe an 18inch wheel to sort out the proportions and a bobbed front fender or no fender... The only thing that's kind of sketchy in my observation is that swingarm.. Its too thin and for a heavy bike like the RE I think it would flex like crazy.. It definitely need some reinforcements... Anyways these are just my opinions and it's ur bike and u can do whatever u like to do with it.. Just ignore all the stockish butthurts in the comments... Safe riding bro

Fz rear rim size is 3.5 inch, you should try ktm rims they are 4inch wide and fix a 160/60 17 tyre. It will look stunning

Oh God. The swing arm is under bending load in sharp turns. The Section of swing must be changed.Any way its looks good.But there is a chance for failure. Ride safe.

So far I like the work but am just concerned about the rear swingarm ,as far as I know that the swingarm should be round or square coz round or square gives more rigidity to rear swingarm..Using metal 10mm metal bar will be riskier to go around the corners...

How much was the wheelbase increased? How are the following parameters affected? Straight line stability, cornering, agility, braking, fuel efficiency. Were the shock absorber pegs moved back too?
