What a guy! This guy thinks on reflection he only wanted to be inspiration to young kids dreaming of making it in the sports arena. This story should be a lesson to everyone that you shouldn’t believe everything you hear or read. Even if you want to believe it, it doesn’t make it true. Learn to be fair. Be the fair person you want to be. Don’t just talk the talk. I was also once on the receiving end of a hard core manipulator who tried to ruin my reputation. A great football player and leader. As a former resident of Hawaii, a decades long fan of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Chicago Bears, I was hoping that Mant'i would stick with the Bears after he got his first start from the practice squad to the 54 man roster. But the Bears front office was a disaster and did not renew his contract. He would have laid it out for the Bears. Best of luck to him and his family!
