It's usually hard to show the connection between form and applications, but you managed to do that very well.

very nicely done! great performance of the form and excellent demonstration of the applications! having someone in the background demonstrate the form while the applications were being performed was absolute genius!!! thank you!

Great videos, really. I particularly liked the Jian demonstrations and the applications, and this one too of course. Wish there were more schools like this!

Danke schön!!! For the Traditional Chinese Kung Fu it´s essential to show this close relation. I´m glad that so many comments appreciate my efforts.

Thanks a lot! Spectators would appreciate much more Traditional Kung Fu forms if the effectivity and benefit are conveyed to them.

The form is one of the most popular form of Traditional Kung Fu. It is incorporated in the curriculum of Hung Gar and also Eagle Claw! many mantis schools also practice chi sao -, diu sao -, qin na - exercises...

Hey cool stuff. Just like the one my school teaches. Is this from the Luo Guang Yu lineage?

Thanks! We could train every single hand form also with partner. Every mantis single form tells a story about a sequence of fight techniques, how it could happen. Actually we don´t train every form with partner, but extract sequences, train variations...

this footwork is already a bit faster than most so good , still some hand moves are lacking real power to be of any use in a selfdefence situation really ! g ;-)
