Great to see! Mantis was the main style of Kung Fu used in the original Kung Fu tv series back in the mid 70s. I am Friends with someone who was the Tai Mantis teacher for the late actor David Carradine while David was still alive. The Man's name is Sifu Rob Moses.

I see it too rigid and stiff, sacrificing speed for strength rather than generating power from speed. 7 Stars Praying mantis is supposed to be flexible yet powerful and fast, but not rigid.
