really looking forward to the LLM that BATC announced recently, that should clear up these issues of custom callouts that make complete sense in the English language to a real human ATC controller but are not understood by an AI algorithm.

I’m loving the Comanche! Have you found that none of the additional premium deluxe aircraft are available in msfs2024? None of mine are available in the menu and I heard nothing official on it from ASOBO so not 100% sure if it’s my setup that’s the issue or the sim

I dont have premium delux so all those aircraft are of no consequence to me at the moment until the marketplace becomes available. Then I might grab one or two of them that strike my fancy

I've found with BATC it doesn't like me saying Niner. But nine is ok. May be same problem here when you were holding.

Enjoyed your video, and learned a lot about getting the Comanche working with 2024. I finally figured out how to get the GTN750Xi working in the cockpit. Getting the hang of creating a flight plan in Simbrief and importing it into the sim, and sorting out using BeyondATC with the new traffic feature now available. With respect to that, how do you see the traffic being generated with Beyond on that little panel you showed during the video? Now, if I could only figure out how to maintain control assignments from one session to another (particularly for camera settings) that would be nice. And twice during my most recent flight the ignition switch turned off unexpectedly. Must find that mystery binding also before a disaster happens. Looking forward to more Comanche videos.

Bindings in 2024 are a bit weird, if you notice at the beginning of the video when I first contacted atc, you’ll see that my mic button was also changing my camera view, which I’ve never encountered. I definitely never bound that, so it’s like it’s not remembering your custom key bindings between different sessions

I think you may have to set your control settings that you made with your new name, in the drop-down, as default. Then they won’t revert back to the 2024 settings. I can’t for the life of me find out how to save my airplane with the chosen livery and my identification. It keeps resetting back to default when I restart the game.

@@PeterMatthess Thanks. I had to upgrade to the "Pro" version of the GTN750Xi in order for it to work with 2024...they say the standard version won't work with 2-024. The first "upgrade" that I've had to pay for to get something to work with 2024. I hope that doesn't become the norm for other developers.

Lovely video. I purchased the A2A Comanche a few days ago, however my tablet looks nothing like yours and I only have settings and "Ready to fly" option at the bottom, and the ready to fly button never does anything on the tablet. Am I missing something?

Peter..I know Beyond ATC recently allows any type of user to have traffic injection..but what traffic are you injecting? Is the free traffic fine? Cheers.

@@mixodorians12 This is FSLTL, I directly copied the FSLTL folder from my 2020 community folder to the 2024 community folder. It seems to work very well as you see except for the 'barking' noise of the aircraft while on the ground.

That's for the video. How did you sort out the GTN750. can't seem to get it to load, as it keeps loading for 2020.

sorry I must have missed your comment, you should be able to use it straight out of the box with 2024. The problem though is that 2024 doesn't have any AI models for BATC to use for its model matching, so I copied across the FSLTL ai aircraft from my 2020 community folder to my 2024 folder and it works fine as you see in the video.
