📝Basic information:
About my work - I remove beaver dams when I receive an order from a state organization.
I do not choose which dam to remove. It is decided by officials at the request of nearby residents. Each dam is assessed in advance if it can and if should be dismantled.
Removing the dam is not a threat to beavers. I do not remove their houses - lodges.
Dams are removed only in places where beavers cause damage, for example by flooding nearby fields, flooding the basements of nearby houses, or when the stream on which beavers built their dam is degraded.
Even though beavers are very invasive animals, they are under strict protection in our country.
I personally like all animals, so beavers are fine too.

Hi Lynn. This is a recording from the beginning of spring, if I'm not mistaken, but it's actually cold now, especially in the morning. But now I'm more experienced and I wear pants and neoprene diving socks under my waders. And such gloves under work gloves. So I'm prepared for fall 🦾🥶😋

Cześć 👋🙂 Kasia is reluctant to appear in front of the camera 🎥😋 And this dam was near the house of a local farmer, so I knew exactly where to go - and last season I was also in this area. Besides, I already have a sixth sense, so I instinctively know where these dams will be located 😉

I work to get the job done and not get too tired. But this is where experience and the technique I have acquired over the years help - because this is the third season I have been doing this job.

In my opinion, the problem for others is that they mistakenly believe that if they only remove the middle of the dam, the job will be easier. And the truth is that when you remove the entire dam methodically and in the right order, the work is much easier.
