Well said KKC ! The title of the video was enough to give goosebumps. And the binaural gearshifts you’ve made at the start of the video was harmony to my ears. I currently drive a 2004 Hyundai Elantra 2.0 CRDi 5 speed Manual. Maintaining it is becoming tougher due to unavailability of parts. All i love in my car is the Hydraulic Steering and Manual gearbox. I believe the fortuner is fun because of it’s hydraulic steering which gives immense feedback. Will try to upgrade to a car where parts are easily available and is a Manual Transmission! Till then, keep on posting!

Save the manuals, driving in small town traffic is much more easier with manual, as you need to close in the gaps quickly before any two wheeler comes in between, also if you are a keen driver you know how to manipulate the torque and leave everyone behind in slow moving traffic. In the US automatic is fine with wide roads & big engines, but not in India.

If we want Automatic we have to spent also of money where as save some money in getting Manual car. Eg: Honda City 2024 is 17.61 Lakh's for Manual, For Automatic 19.06 Lakh's on-road Bangalore.

The current Fortuner 2nd generation facelift 2021-2024 Fortuner 4x4/4x2 A/T is producing 204BHP and 500NM ( Most Powerful Vehicle in the entire Segment ) And again A/T is faster than Manual in 0-100 sprint Where as the manual is having same tune as your Fortuner 2016 You have to agree that automatic is convenient. Even though the automatic is powerful but manual is fun.... We currently own Skoda Kodiaq L&K 2.0 TSi Have to admit that the DSG is lighting quick gearbox in terms of shifts. I believe there is some lag below 1800 rpm ( Right now in the price bracket of under 50-55L ) There are only 2 cars in the segment which provides performance 1) Fortuner 2) Kodiaq.. To, submit up i would say that if you want [ Manual ] get the FORTUNER [ Automatic ] get the Kodiaq.. Thanks

@@kunalkulkarni3235 Well, I'm talking about facelifted version, we have done drag between Fortuner Manual vs Fortuner A/T Fortuner A/T clearly won and is faster in 0-100 too

@@SyedMYahya I have driven facelifted Fortuner in both M/T and A/T. Manual is just faster and fun to drive compared to the A/T in the Fortuner.
