По крайній мірі, самі направляючі станини відновлені до 00,1 - 00,15.мм на довжину приблизно 400.мм - kzbin.info/www/bejne/noSkYayBhc5jqK8 І якщо я не помиляюся, точність класу Н дорівнює 00,5.мм на довжину 1000.мм Ще в мене патрон високого класу точності, як мінімум клас В, а можливо й А, тому що любу роботу я можу виконувати за дві-три установки при цьому втратити не більше сотки-півтора за установку - і це круто! - kzbin.info/www/bejne/rICqp6usq8mKZpY Я задовлений точністю яку мені дає мій станок!)

I'm pretty sure these guys still make some of the lathes that are sold there in the USA under the South Bend, Kent, and Precision Mathews labels, and probably others too. Once you start looking at higher end manual lathes you will start to see the similarities. I bought one of their RML-14x40 machines that was custom-built for me in 2012, that was ordered through their NZ sales agent. It has been a really good machine for me, very happy with it. Как пролетарий... Посмотрите на то сколько советские станки "кушают" энергии, из точность и главное сколько же они дней отработают в три смены. У меня фрезер вертикальв три смены отдубасил 10 лет, китаец. Точность сохранилась. Совку такое и не снилось. Страшно подумать как стоят декель махо, окума или даже корея

I have a Chinese lathe made in 1984 and it is still working but I wish I could afford to upgrade to one of these. Beautiful production work and these guys are very skilled at their jobs. I didn’t think hand scraping would be used in production work these days but good to see. Chinese manufacturers are capable of making stuff to the highest standard in the world but most people just want the cheapest price.

I was hoping to see manual lathing, most of the video was manual input and manual qc audits but the processing cycles were all robotically operated, make a real manual lathing video. The precision and skill needed for manual lathing is so impressive and becoming a lost art due to automation.
