manual conversion: gearbox clutch/pressure plate clutch master clutch alignment tool flywheel + hardware driveshaft clutch pedal + dust boot b stamp cross member gearstick rubber boot rear main seal clutch fork bearing sandwich plate brake pedal cover penetrating oil degreaser steps 1. lube necessary bolts 2. drain auto trans 3. remove exhaust 4. remove driveshaft 5. cut lines 6. remove auto 7. remove flywheel 8. degrease back of motor 9. head drain? 10. remove spigot bush 11. remove rear main seal 12. install new main seal 13. install new spigot 14. install sandwich plate 15. install flywheel (loctite) 16. clean flywheel 17. install/align clutch plate 18. install pressure plate 19. remove alignment tool 20. remove/install clutch fork bearing 21. install cross member to gearbox 22. install clutch fork to gearbox 23. install clutch for dust boot 24. remove interior (auto shifter) 25. install gearbox 26. combine drive shaft front/rear 27. install driveshaft 28. cut firewall for clutch master 29. install clutch master 30. install clutch pedal 31. bleed clutch 32. cut brake pedal down 33. fill gearbox with oil 34. install shifter boot 35. cut auto loom inhibitor 36. splice reverse lights 37. install cluster sticker 38. check list test drive

Isn't the speed sensor in the gearbox? I am currently undergoing a manual swap with the small box. Also the RB20DET gearboxes (Which is the N/A box) comes with a cable sensor?

Rb20det boxes and na rb boxes are different. The gears are thicker on the turbo boxes

Since the mechanic done all my conversion, the dash got abs and at transmission light comes on. The speedometer stop working aswell only revs going. Wat could he done wrong?

You can just take the globe out. It is really easy. But by jumping the wire the ECU should think that it is neutral

Looks like an RB20DET trans they mainly came out in the R33 N/A (RB25DE motors) cars and the R34 HR models (RB20DE motors)
