As always great stuff! I was training with a buddy a few days ago who is getting ready for an MMA fight, he seemed a little burnt out most likely because he was 70% through his pre-fight camp, I told him he needs to find enjoyment and victory in the daily grind and that meeting and achieving goals can be great but you must find those little daily victories to keep your passion alive and to bring enjoyment to the journey. This video says that much better than I ever could!!! Thanks again!

It takes me close to 6 hours to run a marathon. I could not DO IT if I thought of the whole race at once. I break it down into 5 minute pieces. Run for 4 and then walk for 1. I do that for the entire race. And you know what? Before you know it, I'm DONE!!!
