Kudos to the management of IVM, but I observed that some of the workers are not well kitted to forestall the hazards associated with this type of job. Safety shoes, hand gloves, eye goggles, work clothes and helmets should be made mandatory for all workers.

All plastic compoenets should be local.. Any commercial enterprize with a 3D printer can do it. Or do it in house...dont import all your parts and only assemble. Blessings. Hope Jamaica gets there too one day
