Jay Lakhani sir has spoken against caste system many times, Please note Caste system is a social evil, it is not Hinduism, it is atrocity committed in the name of social system, it is not sanctioned by any Hindu scripture of Authority, Manu smriti is not scripture of authority, its content are outdated and no longer applicable, therefore Hindus are doing whatever job they are interested in doing.
