This is such a great game! I just got my own copy two days ago and I can’t wait to play again. I love the way the game changes when you reveal the aliens. There are SO many possibilities for mini expansions for this game. Actually, I kind of feel the same way about his other game too. New astronomers with different abilities for Galileo Galilei could be great. Amazing year for Holek!

I thought the Aliens were the worst part. They barely change the game and just give you more places to put your traces and score points

I love SETI with 4 players, where arguably there is some balance between the options of scanning and landing on moons as good strategies to win. At lower player counts, moon landings become easier, due to less competition; but scanning becomes harder, as the main rewards only trigger when you filled the whole sector up. So at lower player counts, one strategy is simply superior, and after a few games everybody knows that.

Strongly disagree with scans at two players and losing openness. 2 player an excellent game, much better than four.

Obviously a personal preference. 🤷🏼‍♂️ My friend and I both enjoy their videos and we have entirely different approaches to games. Every person has learning types, but at least there's many other options for you to enjoy!

If you have constructive criticism that is actionable, you might consider sharing it, but if your criticism is ‘we have different taste’, you might want to keep that kind of feedback to yourself in the future. It makes you come off as kind of a jerk and there is nothing they can do about it anyway so it’s not helpful to anyone.
