You are SUUUUPeeeer at action sequences. I Love the camera movements you tackle (props for animating bgs) and giving a '3D' vibe to them. It makes the world the characters are in feel bigger and free. Also the colors on the last MAP is incredible! I love the lip-sync on that last shot with the contrast of red. There's a lot of power in that shot :)

***** Well, my designs are pretty simple, I don't think there's a single thing that inspires me, it's more like just having it look pleasing to the eye without having to go out of the way to think of extravagant designs. man, i wish i could actually animate. whenever i even try i give up. its really hard for me to stay on track... this inspirational video done about a year ago is what i wish to do, but my ADD and OCD won't let me go ahead and practice. do you have any tips for this...?

I know it can be difficult to stick with a piece of work for a really long time, but to be honest, it's just patience and perseverance! At times you will get frustrated and annoyed with what you're doing, but never give up on what you want to do. Sometimes I try taking some breaks from it but I always come back to it after a while, heck, just doing some quick doodles and incomplete animation works for practice too ^^

And honestly, it's just a style thing, you should do whatever you think looks the best ^^ And I don't know, I've never tried animating with either of them but photoshop I've found to have more effects and I believe customizable brushes while SAI has a bit of freedom I feel that ps lacks, maybe you could mix the two to your liking c:
