Art galleries are very important in Nigeria because they develop national consciousness and preserve the cultural heritage. When national consciousness becomes coherent then cultural integrity blossom and Nigeria becomes resistant to any negative influences from within or without.

At the very least, 36 state capitals are in a heated competition to outdo each other in infrastructural development. Lagos tends to overshadow the other cities because of its long historical head start in development as the country’s former political and commercial capital.

It's logical. Nigeria has the highest population in Africa. Then it must have more cities than other African countries
@OnenaijagirlСағат бұрын
Logical and the reality so some people now know that Nigeria is beyond Lagos and Abuja. It might not be information you need or can use but there are circumstances where this information is required.
@suntanglory2 сағат бұрын
Apart from population,nigeria has done well in developing more than 70 urban areas,not just the 36 capital cities and Abuja.Some of the states have 2 to 4 cities or urban areas easily.States like delta,Anambra,Oyo,Ogun have 4 cities easily.Ethiopia is still about 100 million,Congo about 100 million,Kenya and uganda is about 60 million each.Nigeria is only double or 4 times more than them in population yet with a whole lot more urban areas...The only thing Nigeria leaders must wake up to apart from country promotion is urban beautification.I think east african countries understand city beautification better than west africa.😅Thank you.

Nigeria bashing has become a trend....while they keep bashing, Nigeria will keep growing stronger. That Basket mouth Kemi has forgotten the atrocities UK committed in Nigeria, Africa, Asia and everywhere else they colonised.....anyway she will never be PM of UK
@JoyceAppia-cj1od4 сағат бұрын
What atrocities? The UK created Nigeria in 1914. You wouldn't have Nigeria today if not for the British.
@JoinOnasanya-pc8jsСағат бұрын
@JoyceAppia-cj1od That’s an unintelligent statement because colonialism curses the death of millions of Africans. Up till now some African countries are still requesting the return of the head of their kings which Ghana is included, lots of stolen artifice. Africa as always being there, the British divide and rule made them to create a name for each entity.

Ajim as much as I dont want to say this but it's happening. Nigerians are dying from free food stampede as we speak. Cities mean nothing if they don't serve the people . Please focus on the right things . Your platform can serve Nigeria a great deal. We don't care how many cities Nigerians have . We just want to see our brothers and sisters in west Africa taken care of. It breaks my heart to learn that there was a food stampede in a country that is claimed to the "giant" of Africa ..makes no sense to me
@MostlyPeacefulNinja7 сағат бұрын
So because some people are hungry, he shouldn’t talk about anything good? Something is seriously wrong with you. You not as good of a person as you claim to be. You will not donate one kobo to help anybody, just want to talk.
@zukracode21817 сағат бұрын
@MostlyPeacefulNinja am just saying that he should use this platform to accentuate the plight of the people in Nigeria. This would make the best advocacy tool for West Africa. It's real it's not a myth. People are diying from hunger and he's acting like every thing is okay there. Davido did a good job by telling the truth. The right people will listen and come for your rescue.

Search result from Chatgpt. Bring your own facts Between South Africa and Nigeria, Nigeria has the higher number of major and minor cities. Here's why: Nigeria Size and Population: With a population of over 200 million, Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa. It has numerous urban centers spread across its 36 states and 774 local government areas (LGAs). Major Cities: Nigeria has at least 13 major cities (Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kaduna, Enugu, Onitsha, Jos, Calabar, Aba, Uyo and Benin City) and over 100 recognized smaller cities and towns across its vast territory. South Africa Size and Population: South Africa has a population of about 60 million, significantly smaller than Nigeria's. It is divided into 9 provinces with 8 major metropolitan cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, East London, Polokwane). Smaller Cities: While South Africa has many towns and urban areas, the total number of recognized cities is far fewer compared to Nigeria due to its smaller population and geographic spread. Conclusion Nigeria has a significantly larger number of both major and minor cities, owing to its size, population, and administrative divisions. South Africa has fewer cities but a more developed urban infrastructure in its metropolitan areas.
@zukracode21817 сағат бұрын
Yes u should have mkre cities bcos there 200 million people in your country. We only have 62 million in our country. We don't need cities . We need to feed our people so that they don't die from free food stampede.
