Thieves are everywhere on this earth, not just Tanzania and some of those Thieves in the other places beside Tanzania are even worse

Indeed. Even though I was careful, I lived in Tanzania for 3 years and traveled to various cities and never had any thieves or pickpockets. However, I heard several times that travelers were victims of pickpockets. In Kenya and Congo, the damage seems to be great.

I'm Tanzanian too, I know this place, I know those thieves, I was born and raised in dar es salaam, but I'm now living in USA since 2000, last time I was in Tanzania was 2022 December....I missed Tanzania

The U.S. is a good country, but I believe that countries with rich money have poor people's hearts. I am currently living in my home country, Japan, and I feel the same poverty of people's hearts. I miss Tanzania from time to time. I want to eat mutoli with piri piri. Now I make and eat chachandu with habanero, but I miss the real taste........

Ohh yeah, chachandu is good stuff, you eat with mihogo, chips mayai, nyama choma I really missed Tanzania, so which part of Dar-es- Salaam you used to live?
