If a woman DOES or SAYS ANYTHING that you "perceive" to be attempt to control you IN ANY WAY....YOU MUST CHECK HER IMMEDIATELY! You will discover her real character shortly thereafter. I learned many hard lessons from being on the Simp-side many years ago.

Visa verse, same with guys. You have to check them as well.I get a kick out of my daughter's boyfriend. He is the most humbleest dude I know now.She wasn't raised as a pushover or to be aggressive or to think you are better than someone. But he portrayed this bs lifestyle when he met her.Lol,he doesn't down play anybody anymore in our lifetime and he is the ideal husband now. I told her it's still not genuine,he is just playing that role because he doesn't want to loose her.I still think it's just about an image to him though. But I will be glad when it's over. She needs a more mature man.She doesn't want kids nor want to be married. So that should tell you a lot.His parents continues to try and marry them off.Thank God my daughter is not hard up and desperate and has her shit together. Proud mother I am.😁

Lol. They really do hate it when you stand your ground and say no. I was dating a woman for about 5 months or so and we were having a conversation about the black community, she got emotional and said I don't want to talk about it anymore and I said ok. About an hour later she tried to bring up the conversation again and I said to her we're not going to talk about this anymore because you said you didn't want to. She kept on trying and I kept shutting her down. Long story short, about a week later she tried to bring up the same conversation and I said if you bring this up again we're done and she stopped talking to me. Moral of the story is stand your ground, hold them accountable and don't fall for the manipulation.

I'm 38 and my parents are still married. You're right though. The problem is that in my generation allowing a woman to take the lead is guaranteed failure so I'm trying to unlearn everything that I grew up with. Part of my problems today is that my mother was definitely the dominant force in the family. I just got lucky that my mother didn't abuse that dynamic as much as 90 percent of women would.

I struggle with masculinity in men as well. A lot of men come into your life trying to “lay down the law” too soon without earning any type of respect from that woman. Women, like myself, at one point were submissive to the wrong man which caused many women to be controlled and manipulated. Unfortunately, now some women don’t want to be submissive at all because we’re afraid to lose ourselves once again. This causes us to be controlling/demanding because we want to avoid being vulnerable and ultimately stupid. We don’t realize later that bites us in the ass because men change for the better (for the most part) when they get older and mature. Now women are told to “be his peace” and we’re like whattttt lol

This hits home. I was in an argument with my girl because I said these kids out here from single family homes with no father are causing chaos. She got upset because I didn't say "some" or "most" and she felt I was talking about all people who came from single mothers. She felt like I was personally attacking her. It wasn't the case. After 5mins of going back and forth over something trivial, I put my foot down and ended the discussion. Anything that promotes masculinity and male authority is bad. I was bit surprised she thought that way. Come to think about it, I'm not.

Auto Chris They really think they have a hold. Once the kid is older and does not fear, her wrath will only stress her. It may be worth it to sacrifice her affections towards you just to get things in order. If she always wants to have her way what makes her different than a whining child? No disrespect to your wife. I checked my sister and mom over the past year, I have no problem doing what they need, yet at the same time I have my way a lot more and don't tolerate their guilt anymore. You having a son was the first disagreement you won genetically. The boy was born over the girl. Therefore, you have the "man to son" priveledge. Instill the fear of what she can't control as a woman. Your son is watching. You are a man, born with the advantage of power. You subdued her and she bore your son. Now subdue her body, mind and spirit. God speed sir. I respect and admire you because fathers are powerful. Father, son and holy ghost.

My opinion on the situation is that when it comes to masculinity particularly Black masculinity, this present civilization is scared to death of it. So many are used to seeing an compliant Blackman that is afraid to be a man, because during transatlantic slavery black masculinity was in essence outlawed and prohibited. This is not to say that during those times their were not black men being men, because there most certainly were many at that time. Its just that many of these black women have the mind of those who sought to subdue and erraticate black masculinity, because black masculinity was and is a threat to this current power structure. This is said with a reference to Frances Cres Welsings book titled, "The Isis Papers", which speaks about genetic annihilation. With that being said, when they see a Blackman being a man they act on autopilot to extinguish our masculinity. But as you have said my brotha, when they see you ain't going for it they either stay away from you or get in line. They'll complain but they will respect it. I for one never debate my authority as a man with any woman. I naturally assume the position of authority with any woman. Even with my mother, respect is given but in areas of masculinity it isn't even a discussion. I can thank my father for that! Great topic as always my brotha!

Goes for a lot of young black women in the UK too. We are a quite reserved country which makes bold behavior more noticeable. I'm kinda in that situation now. Its "bossy queen" at work. She talks, but keeps it short. And it seems she can't be in my presence for long. She's OK, but every time we talk there's a tension like she's on her guard. I am just not gonna talk much to her anymore. I could be wrong, but we cant be platonic friends. With her "Army commander" personality and my masculinity, Its either we are just acquaintances or hooking up for a fling.

I find this interesting. I was told by a black man that I'm too soft, they need me to be stronger. I'm educated, live a healthy lifestyle and have a good job, but I am definitely into a man who allows me to be a woman. When I date, I show a man my femininity, and all I ever hear them say is you need to be stronger. I just don't get, I want a man to lead me, not me leading him.

Damn good video, Rom. I'm in a current position that I'm being alienated from my children. They're 2k miles away with their grandmother that hates me. For no reason other than the facts she feels "i stole her daughter from her 11 years ago" by bringing her from Atlanta to California and starting a family with her. The mother is very narcissistic. She has no class. And she's very spiteful to me. Now she has my kids and won't allow me to speak to them. She (my wife's mother) is a widow who couldn't keep her own husband. Now she's trying to raise my 4 kids. My resources are limited due to the fact I had a couple brain surgeries and am an epileptic. I'm living on Social security insurance money. I can't afford to get a place right now in order to get them back to me. So she knows this and is using this as an advantage. She never had a relationship with my kids bow all of a sudden they are in her custody. After 10 years she never once came to VISIT her grandkids in California. Now she feels entitled to them. It's been almost a year since I last saw them and it's eating me up everyday. This woman is very weak. And cannot in any way raise my sons OR daughters. She did a horrible job at raising her own 2 daughters. My wife's the oldest and is used as the scapegoat. While her second (youngest daughter) is held on a pedestal. A lot of what you said in here registered with me. I'm going to marinate on this as I plan my next move!

Implemented arranged marriages and clear gender roles. The misinformed commenter stated that arranged marriages and clear gender roles were the reasons of our current dysfunctional state. It is deep but it's natural. If you want to study human behavior and where we are going look at social animals behaviors. This was the issue with a woman I dated. To be honest I even started to wonder if she even liked being a woman, but that's something I am still struggling with to this day. I am all for women being ambitious, but let a man be a man. Hell even female lions are starting to do a lot of the work men usually do.

My father wasn't much in my life and I didn't have any older brothers or cousins to explain women nature or dating to me. That's the reason why I'm here. I wish I would of learned this stuff at a younger age; maybe I would have had my share of women and had some kids by now. I haven't had a chance to look at all your older videos, but I hope you continue to break down dating, male and female nature on a deep and spiritual way. I would like to see more videos like this or know where I can find more. Peace and spiritual blessings.

It’s to hard trying to be the mother and the father. There are fundamental things that children need from a man and from a woman. While I know that some of us single mom don’t have a stable support system, I’m so glad that I do to help pick up where I fall short. Especially strong male figures in their lives

@paige ryan - But there lays the problem, you are trying to be something that you'll never be, and that's a father. If you was to talk to as many single fathers as you could, you'll never hear them say they are trying to play dual roles, because they've never been a woman. Women have a hard time understanding male behavior, let alone successfully emulate them.

Jack Spade I don’t think I’ve tried to be a “father” per say.. however I have tried to make up for the inconsistency in their fathers behavior.. taking all the blame for his absence... making up excuses as to why he’s not around more. Trying to console me daughter when she asked about him without anger or crying because my heart is breaking. Trying to figure out what it is that she and my son need specifically from him. but I do understand I’m not a man. I don’t understand how a man thinks. I’m a daddies girl with children and that’s the only perception I have personal experience in. And my father has always and still is prevalent in our lives. I completely fall short because I’m not a man or a father. What I can say is I’m not sure all single moms are trying to be a man .. it’s that’s everything falls on mother. There’s no tag team effort. Everything is left for the mom to deal with. But fortunately for me, I have strong males in my life, that help and intercede with my son a daughter.

@paige ryan _ I don't recall saying "all" in my response. There is only one "all" when it comes to humanity and that is: Everyone who achieves live birth, will eventually die. Be it a few seconds after achieving live birth all the way up to 100+ years after live birth. After that everything else is debatable.

@Godfrey C - paige ryan's comments are typical of most women. They -want- demand the ability to practice autonomy. They demand to be the shot callers of everything, but when things don't pan out the way they want, then they demand others to come in and fix things. What we never get on these social media panels it the whole story, notably the father's side of the situation. It's always, "I'm a woman/mother, and I was a victim". Even when these women are 100% at fault, before they've finished telling their story, it's left open that even though it was 100% their fault, not all of it should rest on their shoulders. But then these are the same ones who complain that there are too many sorry ass Black men walking around, when it was a Black mother who indoctrinated them to think and carry themselves in a manner which emulates that of women. So are they admitting that they as women are screwed up themselves?

The irony is when a man chooses to be a punk instead of a man. A man should know how to put his woman in check meaning tell her I won’t tolerate the bs.. she can’t take his masculinity from him and I say this in the most respectful way, yes he can check his woman without putting hid hands on her or degrading her as a bitch whore etc. I can write a book right now but if he allows w her to talk to him like ..”she’s the man” he didn’t have the position in the first place it’s his insecurity A real woman will know and accept him and treat him exactly how he allows there’s no power struggle You stop playing your role No one wins but I will move the hell on. There is nothing wrong with being a stronger minded individual who will not continue to allow a husband to be what he’s better at because of the way he was raised, it’s just disrespectful bitterness Yes men become bitter jealous and have grown up in a household where the woman mother wife allowed her man if his father to be a no good SOB. I’m not trying to be controlled but I only will be with a man who is a man. If a man wants to show he can be a bigger bitch he’s weak and I don’t want any parts of it. Sorry you gave up and fighting for your manhood is going to Go beyond our home our relationship your manhood will continue to be tested but don’t call your high maintenance controlling want to be as you say a man ...wife who you have placed in that position. I love the femininity vs feminist movement 💄🧜🏾‍♀️

Very Interesting Video Regarding Masculinity, Brother Wills. It is really tragic that most Women today fail to realize that the Lack Of Femininity, Mutual Consideration, & Discipline is what actually turn off their Ideal Types Of Men, and ultimately drives them away. The Part About Fatherhood hits hard, too. 💯💯💯💯

Some are too strict. A man and wife can be too strict..I understand why because you need boundaries for your children. But that has to END. At some point you need to let go.. Don't be so clingy, parents that you can't let go. Now in the case of women who can't let go, that's the risk you play for giving the wrong person your heart. Men and women give their heart too wrong people and then get left.. No one seems to know how to meet the right people. And no one seems to know how to break up. They also play both ends against the middle with these multiple relationships. People are just fooling around. Their language proves it. (I fucked with this one....). Why these terms unless you are just living your life in the moment. Quite a few men and women do this. Its not okay either for neither one of them.

What's up Big Rom, I don't get it how can a female in her right mind even won't to exchanging position but I figured it out I notice a lot of guys just to keep the female he want he'll backup and let her gain authority over him and a lot of it start at home my father didn't mess around and it rub off on me my mother called me daddy because I act like an old man when I was a youngster so that's why female's can't approve my behavior because she's use to bullshit and I want Let it fly if my mother allowed my father to be who he was what's wrong with these female's today.
