Mine isn’t perfect when I turn it on it takes a moment to get it to work I’m using mine on my PlayStation five I connect the mixer to the PlayStation and identifies it as a headset and I use my regular headset and plug it into the headset port the one that’s looped to the XLR Mike

I got the same mic and having the mixer come in tomorrow, can't wait how much it improves my mic quality with xlr version and what I can do with the mixer. Hoping I can hear myself better on monitoring

Hello. I order this Maono product and it will come soon. I am using a Yamaha Ag06 as an interface and also for streaming and it’s a perfect device in both worlds. However, what made me buy this Maono because of its all in capability as a soundcard and as an xlr device to use for my Audio technica and Shure Sm 58 which also Yamaha is capable of. Il try this because of the reverb because i sing in some live stream and reverb is a good tool😅. Also the PRICE , is sooo affordable. When you’re in Asia, its way cheaper, and I live in Philippines. The price is at 45$ only. 😅 i own cheap soundcard before and it needs a phantom Power supply. For me Yamaha AG series are the best streaming for now. For the price value. thank you for your review. It helps alot finding the cons before il observe to my unit.

On console does it connect to the ps5 alone, also for the clipping issue you can move the slider on the ps5 you also have to adjust that unfortunatley the ps5 is not as good as the ps5 when you connect mics to it. My tonor td 510 either sounds like its clipping or too low when I talk to it

Yes, you could connected to the PS five alone. That’s what I’m doing right now.

I need some help. So I recently bought a Maono G1 gaming mixer for my XLR mic and my dual PC setup. The mixer is connected to my stream pc (via USB) and I connected an aux cable from my mixer to my gaming pc. To get game Audio in my headset. But when I am in a discord chat on my stream pc. My mic acts like a speaker and people can hear my game audio coming from my gaming pc through my mic. How do I fix this? Any tips help. I’ve tried everything.

This or wave XLR and is it strong enough at only 60db for shure sm7b?

I unfortunately don't have an sm7b anymore to test it, but based on how noisy the preamps got at max (60db) you lee likely to introduce noise into the chain with this and the sm7b. So which interface is dependent on the mic. If you're going with sm7b I'd say wave XLR, if you're not using a gain hungry mic then this.

Gaming headsets work just not at the same time with a xlr microphone.

I like the mic, but, I can't quite put my finger on it, something sounds "different"? off? Trying to make sure it's not a settings issue on my end before making up my mind.
