Great job☺️ I’ve got the same issue with my table saw insert tho… I made some zero clearance ones, for different blades and dado’s, but I would like to see how you made yours! Is there a video?🤩

You might as well film making your insert, like you said you need to anyways. Nice looking board!

Unfortunately, they do not have them in stock. I still use mine regularly.

Put blue painter’s tape on the bars where the sticks will actually be glued. Cut all your stock a little oversized, you’ll be trimming the sides down…

Great advice, I've started using cheap white masking tape to protect the bars because blue is so expensive.
