William Nylander has this way of brushing off the noise, staying cool under pressure, and then delivering when it matters most. His response to the boos: ‘We know we’re a good team’ would’ve set social media on fire if Marner had said it, but Nylander somehow makes it feel like he’s telling everyone to relax and trust the process. And then he backs it up with two goals, including the overtime winner, all while doing his post-game interview shirtless with a towel on his head. Classic Willy. After tonight, people will say he’s back, but the truth is, he was never gone. GLG!

Coach wants two big guys at the net for the PP because no way are the pretty boys going there which is why JT get so many goals there and the other pretty three or four seem to be content doing a perimeter skate looking for the pretty pass. We need point shooters like Myers. Point shots and working down low taking heat gets goals on the PP.

Nylander doesn't "fly", especially towards his own end. The reason Nylander gets so many breakaways is because he floats around the center ice mark until a linemate battles and wins the puck. He does nothing to actually help his team in the defense department

It's been a long time since the Leafs played respectably. A few mistakes here and there especially on that first goal they gave up but no one's asking for perfect. Core three did what they're paid to do and all's good in Leafs Nation for now until Saturday when they play Montreal. The way both teams have been playing, Leafs prognosis doesn't look good. But that shove from Meier was absolute BULLSHIT! Glad we came back and got 2 points and beat Keefe again and not have 4 straight losses.
