Stolie the goalie, looking forward to his return for sure, but Woll's been great in his absence. Excellent duo in net. Go Leafs!

Terrible noise in the background, the media in this City is crazy!
@mike43518 күн бұрын
@@robertdaly4074 why would professional athletes stop doing their post game routine because there's media obligations? You realize they just put up a back drop probably right by or in the dressing room immediately after a game, right? Fyi "media scrums" probably don't have the Maple Leafs running them (they would just authorize access to the athletes), it's the media that does it 😂 nobody on that team even wants to do the interviews let alone sit there quietly while they happen. I bet you they even purposely make noise to try and mess with their teammates or as an FU to some of the media guys. Additionally, these reporters are making articles with the content and don't care about sound quality or background noise for a video posted on the Leafs KZbin channel that gets 15k views (the Maple leafs organization doesn't care either otherwise something would have been improved on by now).
@Kody13078 күн бұрын
@@mike4351if I’m not mistaken, it’s also because players are being interviewed at the same time by different reporters and then the Leafs clip them all together to post. If you listen closely, you can almost always hear certain comments from another player, and then when that player is the main focus you can catch them saying the thing same thing you overheard while the previous player was being the main focus. Hopefully that makes sense lol

Such a breath of fresh air listening to Chief over Sheldon Keefe.
@HOBBS-48 күн бұрын
Not really, Keefe was a reporters favorite, well spoken and insightful interviews. Toronto reporters still follow him. Which is really weird.
@mike43518 күн бұрын
@@HOBBS-4 I don't think he was talking from a reporters perspective my guy. Obviously Keefer is intelligent and well spoken but that doesn't mean people wouldn't like Berube over him. Are you saying that Berube isn't well spoken and insightful? Do you even know what a "breath of fresh air" means? This guy was tired of seeing the same ole with Keefe and feels like Berube is a fresh new voice that he enjoys. Literally nobody misses Keefe bro, he's just a coach who (in the NHL) gets out performed in every playoff series by the opposing coaches.

@@mike4351 His comment was short and to the point. I just Stated some facts on what reporters think about Keefe. Keefe made their job easier.
@mike43518 күн бұрын
@HOBBS-4 who cares though, completely irrelevant. Toronto media sucks so I'm not surprised they're so distracted trying to follow Keefe. Maybe the reporters should just focus on the leafs so their questions are more engaging and interesting for the players/fans.

Would be hard to moderate but if they did it more press conference style where reporter comes up to a single microphone and poses question would be best. Also a view of the one asking the question, and a moderator to arrange the speakers

Hope Mitch do not get a contract more then Nylander at 8 years 11.5 million or lest if the leafs are really serious of winning the Stanley Cup or padding your pocket with your Agent because playoffs are a differant Animal .
