How long does it take for you to fill that bucket up ?

Depending on how fast the sap is flowing I can get a gallon a day. So 5 days to fill the bucket if weather and tree are cooperating. Typically one single tree will produce between 10 to 20 gallons in a season. I will collect for no more than seven days and then cook what I have collected.

@@BigbeardMN that’s so cool, I’m in Australia so we don’t have those trees at all
